About Digital NPO

We are a Chicago-based strategic consultancy advising nonprofit organizations in digital content, communications, software, marketing, constituent service, event support and development support.  For software projects, DNPO provides specifications, design, developers, project management, testing, and documentation.

Digital NPO, a property of the Consentient Group was founded in 2009 by principals Rob Warmowski and Maureen F. Sullivan.

Years of digital communications and consulting experience precede Consentient. In the mid-1990s, Rob founded one of Chicago’s earliest web development firms and today counts the largest trade association in the US among his clientele.  A member of the Nonprofit Technology Network, Rob is an award-winning writer, speaker, technologist and creative. His work can be found on Huffington Post, the small screen and in the social media policies of NPOs across the spectrum.

Maureen brings years of development work to the partnership, helping educational NPOs with fundraising, governmental relations, communications, training and events.  Maureen’s commitment to social justice counts Literacy Chicago, The Campbell Center, St. Rose Center, and numerous other midwest institutions among her clientele.
